Instructor: Katie Peterson

Take a yoga lunch break to help balance your body and your mind. This 45 minute class led by certified yoga instructor Katie Peterson will begin with a gentle grounding warm up, ease into a heat building flow, and wrap up with a series of restorative postures leaving you balanced in body and mind. Don’t have 45 minutes? Don’t worry. Optional 12:30 exit provided. No experience required. All levels.

All online classes will require that you have a computer, smart phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection. We will be holding these classes using Zoom online meetings. Please, download the app and be prepared to log in before your class. Prior to your class, we will send you the link for your class via email. When it is time for your class to begin, you will click the link and be admitted to the class meeting.

For all children’s classes, some adult help and supervision may be required to make sure your child is prepared for class with supplies and to log into Zoom on time. We appreciate your help to ensure your child’s class run smoothly!
