This introductory class helps participants de-stress, focus, and energize before they face the day! With basic breathing, meditation, and Tai Chi-Kung exercises, experienced instructor Mary Gill-Scott teaches a routine that students can use any day and any time in order to find calm and tranquility. Come in a comfortable, loose-fitting shirt and pants, and work in sneakers or bare feet. These martial-art based exercises are gentle, very-low or no-impact (no contact).
If you are unable to attend regularly, there are drop-in cards available which admit students to any Tuesday or Thursdays class in the total of 4 classes.
