Join Louise Richardson for a delicious summer finale! In this hands on class cooking class, you will learn how to make refreshing summer rolls, dumplings, fillings, and how to wrap them correctly. You will make tasty dipping sauces and pair them with your rolls and dumplings. Learn which ingredients from your garden can be used to make these dishes and be inspired to make your own unique fillings at home. Practice folding and wrapping techniques with one on one help from the instructor. At the end of class, we will taste test our creations!
