Spend your lunchtime with Vicki getting fit, flexible, and invigorated! We will do some toning and stretching at the barre using simple, classical ballet movements and add movement across the floor as time permits. You will leave class feeling energized. No prior ballet experience needed. You will be able to work at your own level.
