Instructor: Mary Campbell

Mary Campbell, formerly of Medleys Café, will be preparing seasonally inspired dishes perfect for entertaining. As a certified Culinary Instructor, Chef Mary will teach the skills and techniques to create a masterpiece simply and safely in your home kitchen. Whether you are growing ingredients in your own garden supporting local growers at farmers markets, or visiting Wegmans or other grocery stores, Mary’s recipes are sure to take your event to the next level.

In this demonstration class, Mary will be showing you how to make braised Swiss chard, curried quinoa pilaf, and Caribbean butternut squash soup. There will be a small tasting of the dishes at the end! Heron Hill Winery will be here to do a tasting along with Mary's dishes!
