Join certified yoga instructor Katie Peterson for an hour of balanced yoga to lengthen and strengthen muscles while flowing with the breath. Class will begin with a gentle warm up, then ease into a muscle strengthening flow and end with guided meditation or breath work to leave you feeling strong and relaxed in body and mind. No experience required. All levels.
Katie Peterson is a RYT 200. She has been practicing since 2005 and teaching since 2015.
