Fencing - Beginner/Intermediate is a fundamentals class for students ages 12 – adult. The class will focus on the basics of the sport including etiquette, form, and bouting rules with an emphasis on developing strong blade work, footwork, and tempo. Coach Jason Wolff will help students learn the origins of this exciting sport. Fencing helps develop physical agility, hand-eye coordination, grace, balance, and mental focus. All group classes will include warm up, stretching, footwork, drills, and bouting. You will get a great workout and have a lot of fun!

Please Note:

• All fencing gear including a jacket, glove, mask, and saber weapon is provided.
• Please, wear long pants, sweatpants, leggings (active wear), and sneakers. No jeans, no slacks.
• Bring a filled water bottle and small towel.
