Fencing - Beginner is a fundamentals class for students ages 8 – 11. This FUN class will focus on the basic skills of the sport: etiquette, form, and bouting rules. Coach Jason Wolff will help beginner fencers learn the origins of this exciting sport. Fencing helps develop physical agility, hand-eye coordination, grace, balance, and mental focus. This group class will include warm up, stretching, sabre footwork, drills, and bouting. You will get a great workout and have a lot of fun!

Please note:

• All fencing gear including a jacket, glove, mask, and saber weapon is provided.
• Please, wear long pants, sweatpants, leggings (active wear), and sneakers. No jeans, no slacks.
• Bring a filled water bottle and small towel.
