Class #3 – German Cuisine & Hermann J. Wiemer Vineyard
Chef Brud Holland will show you how to make seared Bostrom Farms pork tenderloin with picked onions and apples & herb spaëtzle, all in an hour or less! Taste three different Hermann J. Wiemer wines that pair perfectly with these two recipes.
In these demonstration-style workshops, Brud will show you how to make the dishes and give you the recipes along with tips on making them yourself at home. You will then eat the wonderful food while tasting the delicious wines. What a great way to spend some time on a Saturday!
