Class #2 – Made in NY Cuisine & Anthony Road Wine Company

Chef Brud Holland will show you how to make poached NYS steelhead trout with smoked trout cream & vegetable freekeh salad – all in less than an hour! All of the products are grown and made in the Finger Lakes region and New York State. Taste three different Anthony Road Wine Company’s wines that pair perfectly with these two recipes.

In these demonstration-style workshops, Brud will show you how to make the dishes and give you the recipes along with tips on making them yourself at home. You will then eat the wonderful food while tasting the delicious wines. What a great way to spend some time on a Saturday!
