Brud teaches: Culinary
Brud Holland, a resident of Watkins Glen, is a graduate of New England Culinary Institute, and a former pastry instructor at Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Mr. Holland previously owned and operated Glen Mountain Market and Seasons Restaurant in Watkins Glen. Currently he is an executive chef with Corning Country Club, and an avid gingerbread house builder. Mr. Holland has been a 171 faculty member since 1999.
