What’s New? What to Expect?
171 COVID-19 Safety Update
171 Cedar Arts Center is committed to our mission to enrich our community through the arts and we want all 171 members, employees, students, and visitors to stay healthy!
Steuben County is at a low level of Covid transmission
Effective Wednesday, March 2, 2022, masks are optional for classes or workshops on our premises, in accordance with Gov. Hochul’s announcement to lift mask mandates in NY State public schools. We have followed guidance by the CDC, NY State, Steuben County, and the CPP School District throughout the pandemic, and will continue to do so, along with other arts organizations in our region.
If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and visit us another day when you are feeling better!
- If you are at high risk for severe illness, talk to your healthcare provider about whether you need to wear a mask and take other precautions.
- Stay up to date with COVID-19 vaccines.
- Get tested if you have symptoms.
The 171 staff and Board of Directors continue to review updated guidance and will notify you if there are further changes to our COVID-19 policies. The safety and comfort of our patrons, members, visitors, students, staff and faculty are very important to us!
